2. Terms and Conditions of use of the portal.

2.1 Ownership.

MMMA is the owner of the Internet service made available to users at the following address: http://www.montepio.es.

2.2 Use of the portal.

Any person who visits the MMMA website, and its redirection http://www.montepio.es acquires the status of user, and as a result, is subject to these general terms and conditions of use which are expressly accepted.

2.3 Term and Conditions of use of the portal.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by the MMMA Group, and access to the Website may not be construed as attributing any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

It sometimes contains links to external sites over which the MMMA has no control and for which the MMMA declines all responsibility. The MMMA reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained in the Website or in its configuration or presentation.

2.5 Quality of service.

Access to the aforementioned websites does not imply any obligation for the MMMA Group to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. 2.6 Availability of service.

 Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to the MMMA Group. Therefore, the services provided through the Website may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Website service. The MMMA Group shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks.

In order to enable a fast and efficient development of the relationship between the MMMA Group and the users, the MMMA Group guarantees by means of this notice, the privacy of the online services. The courts of Oviedo (Principality of Asturias, Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters arising between the parties on the occasion of the stipulation of this contract.
